The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from Darling Harbour. It is also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to reach from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great views of the city skyline. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. Plus, there are plenty of nearby options for dining and entertainment.
The hotel could improve on the condition of their sheets in some rooms.

I had a great experience at Seasons Harbour Plaza. The gentleman on reception took excellent care of us, helping with information on dining options and activities. We loved the spacious apartment with its large living and bedroom areas, as well as ample storage. The kitchen facilities, including the dishwasher and washing machine, made our stay comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to darling harbour. We also appreciated the convenience of a non-metered basic cab back to the airport. The staff here were exceptional, always professional and ready to assist. From the helpful reception desk to the friendly housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a washing machine and dryer that were both convenient and easy to use. we were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this luxurious hotel.
In terms of improvement, we would recommend that the staff undergo a customer service course as some of them displayed a poor attitude, particularly one male staff member. However, despite this minor issue, we would still highly recommend this place to our friends.

We loved how close the hotel was to the harbour, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were lovely and always ready to help, from the friendly reception desk staff to the kind housekeeping and maintenance employees. The location was central to everything, and we found it convenient to use different modes of transportation, including the airport train.
